Strongwall doesn’t need to know who you are - we believe everyone has the right to use state-of-the-art AI tools in a safe and privacy-preserving way. For convenience you have the option of signing up with email and using a credit card, but you can also sign up with a fully anonymous account number and a payment method of your choice.
Our highest priority is making sure no one can see your conversations. We start with the security built into your browser - all of your communications are secured with 128 bit SSL encryption, so no one can listen in. We also run our own encryption on top of this, for users who share their browsers with family members or coworkers. Even if someone has access to your computer, no one can read your conversations unless they have your login info.
When a user sends us a message, our servers unwrap the encryption and run it through our AI models. After we send you the response, the conversation is gone from our servers - we never store them to disk, we wipe them from memory after processing, and we never log your conversation content. The only copies exist encrypted on your machine.
Because we don’t store user information beyond payments and some basic resource consumption data, there are no conversations on our servers to be hacked, leaked, sold, or turned over. All of our employees, servers, and operations are in the United States and protected by US law.
